Mussels - بلح بحر بلدى
Mussels have a very mild “ocean” flavor with a faintly sweet, mushroom-like undertone. Their subtle taste makes them an excellent addition to many dishes, and are soft and tender. Mussels are very health and are a very good source of vitamin B12, iron, manganese, selenium, vitamin C, thiamine, riboflavin, phosphorus, and zinc.
