Given the nature of our business and our promise of bringing you the freshest products, we will be delivering depending on the timing you place the order.
FOR ORDERS MADE BEFORE 5 P.M. DELIVERY WILL BE ON THE NEXT DAY.
FOR ORDERS MADE AFTER 5 P.M. DELIVERY WILL BE WITHIN 48 HOURS.
FOR ORDERS IN SAHEL, ORDERS RECEIVED FROM FRIDAYS TO TUESDAYS EACH WEEK WILL BE DROPPED OFF ON THURSDAYS UNTIL SUMMER SEASON IS OVER!
All of our products are frozen instantly at -18 °C, preserving it at its peak freshness to increase its storage life. Our products are vacuum packed and delivered in an insulated box to maintain its temperature. Our delivery trucks are equipped with freezing units to ensure products are stored at -18°C through out the process.
