Calamari - كاليماري بلدى منظفة
Calamari meat is firm and white with a mild, slightly sweet, almost nutty flavor. Calamari is loaded with nutrients, and also rich in protein, B vitamins and vitamin C. The culinary name “calamari” is often used for squid dishes; however, Squid and calamari are two different beasts. Squid is tougher; calamari is more tender.
